thinkgiving.com is fully committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth thinkgiving.com’s current privacy practices with regard to the information we collect when you or your computer interact with our web site. By accessing thinkgiving.com, you acknowledge and fully understand thinkgiving.com’s Privacy Policy Statement and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this web site Privacy Statement.

2. Information We Collect and How We May Use That Information
At the thinkgiving.com web site registered members set up personal profiles and studio member pages that can be linked through a networks of friends. Members and visitors can view other members' profiles and studio member pages, communicate with each other by commenting on other member’s videos and image files, and through messages to the thinkgiving.com forum. thinkgiving.com will request and display some personal information of members to other members and visitors, which allows our users to identify each other and expand their network of friends. Thinkgiving.com registered members may voluntarily add additional personal information to their profiles such as their interests and their personal web site address. Registered members may change their profile information at any time. thinkgiving.com collects certain information from and about its site users in three ways: directly from our Web Server logs, the user, and with Cookies.

2a. Web Server Logs
When you visit the thinkgiving.com web site, we may track information to administer the site and analyze its usage. Examples of information we may track include:

Your email address is required so that we can provide assistance and information to you in order to provide password retrieval, contest winner notification and to resolve web site troubleshooting and technical support. Your email address WILL NOT be displayed anywhere on the thinkgiving.com web site for member’s or visitors to view. You choose whether to show your age and gender in your publicly viewed profile page.

We will not disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary including:

Ads appearing on this web site may be delivered to users by either thinkgiving.com or one of our web advertising partners. Our web advertising partners may set cookies.
